Erasmus + “Grow Green Generation” was held (2022-2023)

The group of 10-grade and 11-grade students from Latvia (Riga Secondary School 34), Italy (IPSSEOA Bernardo Buontalenti), and Spain (GOING FORAMONTANOS) met on 27 February till 3 March in Florence, where the most significant project Erasmus + “Grow Green Generation” was held (2022-2023).

ERASMUS+

In September and October 2022, students from Riga Secondary School 34 embarked on an exciting journey as part of the Erasmus+ Career project. This project provides opportunities for students and teachers to participate in international exchanges and improve their language and cultural skills. The focus of this particular trip was to visit Romania and Turkey, where students would have the chance to immerse themselves in the local cultures and explore a variety of new experiences.

“Grow Green Generation”

The project “Grow Green Generation” started in 2021 and will continue till 2023, during which students and teachers from Italy, Spain and Latvia share their work strategies, analyze the importance of the environmental problem, pay special attention to renewable energy sources and their processing.

From September 25 to September 30, 2022 Riga Secondary School 34  hosted delegations from Italy (IPSSEOA Bernardo Buontalenti), Spain (IES FORAMONTANOS).

Riga Secondary School 34 welcomed its friends and partners from Italy and Spain with an unforgettable concert, in which songs in Latvian, English, Italian and Spanish were performed. Students of the 11th grade danced Italian and Spanish dances.

Discussions were held on the impact of climate change on human well-being. A unique experience that makes us richer, helps to develop an international vision of educational processes, the identity of our educational project “Grow Green Generation.”
